Install from source
make CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RelWithDebInfo
sudo make install
To install to a non-default location, specify CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:
make CMAKE_EXTRA_FLAGS="-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/full/path/"
