Frank Praznik 07b9e86d02 cocoa: Don't re-enter a fullscreen space if leaving to enter an exclusive mode 
Doing so can leave the window in a weird, offset state.

Simple DirectMedia Layer (SDL for short) is a cross-platform library designed to make it easy to write multi-media software, such as games and emulators.
