We can't use keyboard input as a signal about whether a keyboard is attached. There might be keyboard input from any number of generated inputs or non-keyboard devices.
Simple DirectMedia Layer (SDL for short) is a cross-platform library designed to make it easy to write multi-media software, such as games and emulators.
