Frank Praznik f540de87b9 wayland: Always set the last incoming clipboard seat when setting clipboard data 
Otherwise, the clipboard will report having no or old data until events are pumped.

Fixes the automated clipboard tests.

Simple DirectMedia Layer (SDL for short) is a cross-platform library designed to make it easy to write multi-media software, such as games and emulators.
